Power Container’s proprietary ATMOS™ continuous dispensing system has been chosen for the second time in 2006 by Solar’s No Ad brand for their launch of Disney’s “PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN” and “RAVEN” SPF 30 CONTINUOUS SPRAY products. After the highly successful launch of their SPF 30 in Sun Protection and Sport Sun Protection formulas in the Spring of 2006, No Ad quickly launched the Disney licensed and very popular “PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN” and “RAVEN” SPF 30 sun care spray.

Power Container is the sole manufacturer of the ATMOS Dispensing System. The hermetically sealed package dispenses product without the need for chemical additives (CFCs or propellants). The system consists of a bladder or “power assembly” that is fabricated of a thin-walled inner PET bottle that is pleated, inserted into a natural rubber sleeve and has a valve crimped onto its neck. The rubber sleeve’s natural tendency to return to its normal size provides the propelling power. The ATMOS Dispensing System is the only continuous dispensing system that is capable of utilizing the flexibility of a plastic outer bottle providing a unique packaging solution.

With its all angle dispensing feature the Atmos system is ideal for the No Ad / Pirates of the Caribbean and Raven SPF 30 spray sun care product.

The ATMOS system is currently being used by a number of leading companies in the health & beauty aids, pharmaceutical and industrial arenas, for a wide range of dispensing applications.
