Power Container Corp. Acquires Assets of Exxel Container, Inc.

Presidents Day 2005, the 21st February 2005, marked a milestone in the history of EXXEL Container Inc. as Laboratoire Goėmar, through its subsidiary Power Container Corp., acquired substantially all the assets of Exxel Container, Inc.
Laboratoire Goėmar is a French Pharmaceutical Group and is a major user of Power Container's ATMOS Power Assembly, the non - aerosol, continuous dispensing system. Laboratoire Goėmar plans to invest, through Power Container Corp., in the development of this product and the production process surrounding its manufacture with a view to increase the volume and operating efficiency of the existing plant in Somerset New Jersey.
It is the intention of Laboratoire Goėmar and Power Container Corp. to build this business through innovative research and product development such that existing clients will secure added value through their continued relationship with Power Container Corp.
Chris Nimmo has taken over as CEO of the new company. The management and staff of the existing plant will remain in place.
