At Power Container, we believe in innovation. Our POWER ASSEMBLY (ATMOS) dispensing system centers on the ability to conceive new, innovative outer-packaging designs. Shape, size, color, material, all can be customized to create the desired package to help brand and market your product.
Our custom packaging solutions can use metal, glass or plastic to create the desired shape and size for your product. Curves, angles, hand-grips, silhouettes, all can be conceived and adapted to the unique dispensing abilities of the POWER ASSEMBLY (ATMOS) System.
How is this possible? The POWER ASSEMBLY (ATMOS) system is not dependent on the outer packaging for dispensing the product. The formulation fills an inner PET barrier pouch, which is surrounded by a natural rubber sleeve. The rubber sleeve expands during the filling process. When the actuator is pressed, product is dispensed by the rubber sleeve's natural tendency to return to its original shape and size. Product is dispensed independently of the outer package. The unique design of the POWER ASSEMBLY (ATMOS) system allows for a soft, continuous, 360° spray which is an added benefit to the consumer.
The outer package's purpose is to protect the POWER ASSEMBLY (ATMOS) and provide appeal to the consumer. The POWER ASSEMBLY (ATMOS) system requires only enough space for expansion inside of the outer container.
We offer color matching to meet your design requirements. The color of the actuator, locking snap ring, locking over cap, and outer plastic, metal or glass bottle can be customized to match your palette. Our engineering team can work with your blueprints to design the right custom packaging solutions for your product.
Decoration is added to the outer package by shrink wrap, silk screen, hot stamp, pressure sensitive labeling, and therimage labeling processes.
We also offer full pack-out as part of our turnkey solutions. We can accommodate your packing requirements for items per carton, partitioning, outer packaging design and other specifications for shipping and display, i.e. blister card, thermoform, stretch card, unit carton or cello wrap.
