POWER ASSEMBLY (ATMOS) and POWER POUCH
A customer favorite for the past 20 years, The POWER ASSEMBLY (ATMOS) system accurately dispenses post-foaming gels, liquids, gels and creams of various viscosities. A low-pressure system, its low-noise performance and reduced overspray make it ideal for pet care applications. Since there is no pressurized vessel, the POWER ASSEMBLY (ATMOS) system can accommodate unique bottle designs and materials, including glass, plastic and metal. The rubber sleeve acts as a natural insulator that keeps your formulation at a nominal temperature, making it ideal for situations when your product may be exposed to the sun or cold. The POWER POUCH bag-on-valve (BOV) system is a cost-competitive alternative to the laminated foil "bag on valve" (BOV) system. Like the POWER ASSEMBLY (ATMOS), the POWER POUCH is made of the same inner PET material which is constructed of a very tough yet flexible one piece, mono-film, design containing high integrity provided by the stretch blow molding process used in its manufacture. The design provides a seamless inner pouch which means they can withstand high pressures and contain high impact resistence. See the POWER POUCH system for additional details.
Both the POWER ASSEMBLY (ATMOS) and POWER POUCH systems offer 360°, continuous spray at any angle. Their hermetically sealed design preserves product integrity as NO air is introduced with each use. Both systems can be sterilized before or after filling making them ideal for medical applications.
